CANCELLATION POLICY

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how cancellations work for these types of orders.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, you must request the cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

If the cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued. We do not accept cancellations after an order has been dispatched.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment information will be stored securely and charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you choose a prepaid option.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may cancel or modify it at any time through the links provided in your order confirmation email.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are currently out of stock or will be available soon. In some cases, we may collect a partial payment or store your payment method and charge the remaining balance once the item becomes available.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted, although you may still request a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

For try-before-you-buy purchases, we may authorize your payment method before shipping the item. You will have a limited period to decide whether to keep or return the product.

If the item is not returned within the allowed timeframe, your original payment method will be charged for the full amount.
