RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer returns within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
